If you are interested in planting with one of these non-sponsor organizations listed on this page, we suggest registering to take the CPCA through that organization's CPCA page. 

Just click on the link of their name and then select the Green Purchase Passcode button on their page. Your report(s) will be forwarded to the most recent contact we have for that organization. However, none of your contact information will be available to them. You will need to make direct contact with their offices to initiate the church planting process with them.
